Abandoned Buildings

For some reason, i have to enter them all. I recently heard of a bowling alley that was only abandoned within the last ten years. I wonder to myself "Are there still pins and balls inside?" If so, it'd be the best bowling experience ever. I would care about the cold, the leaky roof... Just bowling for fun.

I have a feeling it has to do with places I'm not supposed to be. The "don't push the button" theory; restrict someone and they want to do it more...

Maybe it has to do with the abandoned places being completely empty, yet reeking of leftover energy from passers by. I went to an air field a couple years back; it was amazing. Not only did I feel utterly surrounded in a place that hadn't been occupied since a local kegger, but there was a list on one wall. Not something one would notice high or drunk, but something just there. A man had wrote a list of things he wanted to to before he died. 1) Spend more time with kids 2) make up with estranged wife etc. It was beautiful. And then they tore it down, soon to be replaced with a mini mall...

A tragedy.
